We do not collect your precise device location. We do not sell your data.
To log you in, show listings, connect tenants with owners, schedule visits, moderate listings for fraud and keep the service secure.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, listings, shortlist and visit requests. You can also email us from your registered number to request deletion or a copy of your data; see how to delete your account. We act on requests within 30 days. Backups may keep data briefly before they are overwritten.
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.
Data is sent over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable with in listings.
Stayora is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
