Delete your Stayora account

In the app (fastest)

Open Stayora and log in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email stayora.app@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Stayora account” and the mobile number you registered with. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account (mobile number and name)
All listings you posted, including photos
Your shortlist and visit requests

Server logs and backups may be kept for a short time before they are overwritten. Deletion cannot be undone.
